David is a Qualified Arbitrator, a mediator, and legal counsel.

David founded NuriLaw combining his passion for law and his desire to attain exceptional results for clients. He has instilled this philosophy into the DNA of the firm so that from your first conversation with NuriLaw to the final handshake that concludes your file, you will know you are in good hands.

Since starting the firm, David has assisted hundreds of satisfied clients in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario: Small Claims, Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Increasingly, David has built a solid reputation in the area of high conflict litigation in both family and civil matters.

David understands the impact that a family law matter can have on the people involved. From a financial to emotional perspective, he practices Family Law with an empathetic ear and skilled guiding hand. David believes it is important to listen to each client’s situations in order to provide strategic recommendations for a course of action. He regularly helps clients obtain orders for custody, access, child support, spousal support, and payments for property issues.

In Civil Litigation, David will work with businesses to provide astute and experienced legal advice. He helps corporations recover debt, address defamation, obtain liens and injunctions, and resolve shareholder conflicts. David also works in Estate law helping people and families contest power of attorneys and wills.

As an arbitrator and mediator, David seeks to find solutions that work for both parties, but where impossible to provide resolution that will give the parties finality.
